Sales Tax

Texas residents will be charged a 8.125% sales tax (sorry!).

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees.There are NO RESTOCKING FEES! We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.

  • To receive a refund your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivers the package to you.
  • All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original ticketing & tags attached.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Swimwear, Skin Care, Lingerie, and Undergarments (Bellabands, hosiery, tights) are non-returnable
  • We will not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise
  • Returns must be sent back to our warehouse, located in San Antonio, TX
  • Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
  • Sale items may be returned for online credit only. No refunds.
  • Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit. No refunds.
  • Thank you for understanding that it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping of unwanted items.
  • Please contact Bloom Maternity for a Return Authorization number.

Price Matching

We understand that you need to find the best price possible and we can offer you our Price Match option on almost any item. We do reserve the right to decline to match a price.

In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:

  • The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. We’re sorry, but we won’t be able to price match backorders or items that are out of stock.
  • The item must be an exact match as the product you want to order from Bloom Maternity. This includes same color, size, year, model, etc.
  • Bloom Maternity will not price match items from closeouts, scratch and dent items, blemishes, etc.
  • Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches.
  • Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge.
  • The Product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honored unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.
  • Seller must be an authorized retailer. We do not offer price match on auciton sites.

Shipping

Method of Delivery
The majority of items are shipped via UPS, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers. Also, we may ship items to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS.

USA
Free shipping available on all orders -- including Alaska and Hawaii. We will use the least expensive shipping option -- which may include the United States Postal Service.

UPS Domestic:
Ground – If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, you can visit UPS.com. We ship from the following zip code: 78212

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

*We are not responsible for UPS’ performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf with UPS.

International:
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo Checkout button.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method — No Exceptions.
7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.
